Great rooms. Friendly helpful staff. The spa is no longer there which was disappointing. Fun game room. Excellent shuttle service. Ski shop on premises. Good place for families.
Our stay at the Charter at Beaver Creek was very enjoyable. The lodge is warm and welcoming. All of the staff were exceptionally attentive and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the lodge's spa facilities, with the newly remodeled pools and hot tubs, pristine locker rooms, saunas and spas. We thoroughly enjoyed a deep relaxing massage provided by Holly and Corrine. Our experience is memorable and we plan to return. Thank you!
It’s an amazing place with a great steakhouse and bar, an awesome spa, game room for the kids and the suites are amazing. It’s a short walk to the village and ski-in ski out to elk horn lift. They also have a private shuttle service at the Charter. And a ski rental place on property!
We had our dream wedding at the Charter back in September, and it was absolutely perfect. The room we booked was fantastic, and the location was ideal for friends and family to stay. The weather was perfect, and the Charter itself was the perfect venue for our special day. From the cocktail hour welcome party to our ceremony and reception, every moment was more than I could have ever imagined. Courtney was an incredible coordinator, ensuring that everything we requested was meticulously executed. They also introduced us to our vendors, and each and every one of them exceeded our expectations. Our friends and family still rave about how amazing our wedding was and how beautiful the Charter was. We hope to return to the Charter for one of our anniversaries and maybe even to go snowboarding sometime!
We had a fabulous experience at The Charter. We hosted our son’s rehearsal party here and the staff that helped us plan was truly fantastic. From start to finish, they assisted us with knowledge and professionalism. I highly recommend hosting an event here, the scenery is beautiful, and the staff is truly phenomenal.
Great shuttle service and front desk help, we had maids come make beds daily and give new towels, and the ski rental store located inside was very helpful!
I'm an intimate wedding and elopement photographer and Ana and Sam's day here was so beautiful and easeful! Especially loved going back into the trees by the river for their portraits :)
Our family of 5 (2 adults, 2 middle schoolers and a high school senior) had a great stay. I choose a two bedroom with plenty of beds in the second room. Location was perfect. Most of us just took a walk to the village to catch the main lifts. The Elkhorn lift was nearby (felt like an equal walk either way though). I think it depends on the building you’re in. Our room was down the hall from the Charter Sports which is awesome. The staff there are amazing and were so kind and accommodating to the kids. There is a 40$/day fee to park but considering the cost of the stay and the amenities it’s worth it. Will certainly be staying again!
